If it isn't one thing, it is another. My car (which has just been sitting, rotting) got a ticket because the tags are expired. So I have to renew those, but first I have to get the car running again, and then I have to get insurance and go through DEQ. And then I can get tags. Shit.

So all that stuff is going to cost me money, but since I'm such a deadbeat, the state of Oregon is garnishing 25% of my aftertax pay until they get what I owe them. So how the hell do I do this?
